Unleashing the Elements at Elements 2024

We braved the elements last weekend at Elements Music and Arts Festival.

It’s been a week since the rain flooded our campsites and canceled Day 1 of Elements, but that didn’t stop us from having the best weekend of the summer.

Let’s set the scene- we show up to the Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA (only an hour and 15 north of my parents house) and the sky is looking dark. The line to get into the campgrounds was littered with people in ponchos, rainboots, and umbrellas. We were in for a treat.

We show up to Vibe Village for group camping, and luckily, we had a TON of space! My boyfriend and I made the executive decision to sleep in the back of my parent’s SUV instead of buying a tent to travel with, and it turned out to be the best (most dry) option available.

Thursday Pre-Party, we all got to enter the festival grounds and see a few stages. The pre-fest jitters had the crowd BUZZING, and it was a nice change to see everyone bundled up and trying to stay dry, not worrying about being a “rave baddie” right off the bat.

Personally, I prefer forest fairy wook princess anyway.

Friday comes around, and our phones are BLOWING up with messages like, “are you guys okay?” “is your campsite ruined?” etc., and since we had the luxury of sleeping in the car, I had NO idea how bad the weather really was.

Luckily, our campsite was on the high ground so it stayed pretty dry. Our EZ ups definitely took the brute of the storm, but were okay in the end. All of Friday, we waited around for the green light to go inside the festival grounds which…never came.

Although bummed, we were still hopeful and eager for the afters. The renegade stages in the campgrounds were A GO!!! We got to see Boogie T, Tape B b2b Disco Lines, INZO b2b TVBOO, and more. It was a bittersweet experience, but we were definitely missing the rest of the festival goers who weren’t able to get back into the campgrounds for safety reasons (we made sure to send a PLETHORA of videos to anyone who couldn’t make it in)!

Saturday, we woke up to clear skies and SUNSHINE!!! Now with only 2 full days of the fest left, everyone was ready to go HARD. Once you finally got through the security gates, the magic engulfed you.

Elements is now one of my favorite festivals to date. It’s a smaller Electric Forest vibe, and highlighted more than just the music.

The community there is like no other.

It’s like, imagine the feeling your Rave Fam gives you.

Now, multiply that by a few hundred, and you’ve got yourself Elements Music and Arts festival. It was one big family.

The sunshine, the vibes, and honestly eclectic grouping of art installations, flow artists, renegades, activations and more made it a weekend to remember.

Yeah, we only got 2 full days in the festival, but with the love and the energy that radiated off of each and every person who walked in those gates, it was more than enough.

That being said, I cannot wait for Elements 2025 to (hopefully) experience the full 3 day fest + pre-party, because it was a weekend that I’ll never forget, and that’s an itch that is dying to be scratched.
